Salary: $108,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 10+ years of applied professional experience.
• We require prior experience in the banking domain.
• We need deep expertise in Java, cloud technologies, and especially public cloud and AWS.
• We are seeking candidates with strong architectural judgment and the ability to guide technical direction across teams.

• We design complex, scalable coding frameworks using sound software architecture principles.

• We develop secure, high-quality production code and review and troubleshoot code written by others.
• We act as the primary subject matter expert for the function.

We are hiring a Java Solutions Architect for an onsite role in Jersey City, NJ, starting from day one, on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a hands-on architecture position where we partner with cross-functional teams to shape secure, scalable solutions and drive platform engineering strategy. We offer a competitive compensation range of $90 to $100 per hour, with final pay determined by the scope of the role, location, market conditions, and the candidates experience and qualifications.
