  • Replace, repair, or upgrade defective equipment to manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, project managers, and other technicians
  • Provide professional, solution-focused communication to customers on-site
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, job notes, and system documentation
  • Keep a clean, organized company vehicle and maintain proper truck inventory
  • Safely lift and carry tools and equipment (up to 40 lbs), work on ladders/lifts, and in confined spaces as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with electronic security systems preferred (access control, CCTV, intrusion, intercoms, gates)
  • Low-voltage wiring experience (CAT5/6, RS-485, reader wiring, door hardware integration)
  • Familiarity with IP-based systems and basic networking is a plus
  • Experience with Brivo, Eagle Eye, 2N, or similar platforms is a strong plus—but not required
  • Ability to troubleshoot logically and follow technical documentation
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and professional on-site demeanor

Education & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Trade school or technical training a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
