Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Active Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) certification
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Epic ClinDoc build, configuration, and testing experience
• Proven experience with full-lifecycle Epic implementations, upgrades, and go-live support, beyond general tier-1/tier-2 application support
• A bachelors degree
• Additional Epic Orders, SmartForms, and/or Case Management certifications are preferred
• RN, BSN, or other current or prior clinical experience is valued
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to connect technical teams with clinical users

• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic ClinDoc components, including documentation flowsheets, clinical templates, navigators, and provider tools
• Lead implementation work from workflow mapping and build through integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support
• Work with clinical stakeholders, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve workflows, streamline documentation, and deliver system enhancements
• Coordinate with colleagues across Epic Orders, SmartForms, Stork, and Case Management to support cross-module integration
• Investigate complex system issues, handle tier-2/3 escalations, and implement lasting fixes or enhancements
• Maintain technical documentation, build specifications, and change-control procedures in accordance with organizational standards
