Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Layout professional for a fully remote temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a business services design and production environment in the Boston area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional with strong layout skills, client-focused accuracy, and hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.

In this position, you will review client requests, create clean and accurate graphic layouts, and help turn client concepts into polished visual deliverables. You will work with a collaborative internal team that values responsiveness, quality, organization, and consistent execution. Key Responsibilities

- Review client requests and translate design instructions into accurate, production-ready graphic layouts.
- Create, modify, and prepare design files using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client specifications, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across assigned design projects.
- Use AI tools as part of the creative or production workflow when appropriate.
- Manage daily design workload in a remote environment while staying organized, responsive, and detail-focused.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote opportunity in the Boston area.
- Equipment provided: Mac computer, mouse, and keyboard.
- Candidates must provide an extra monitor and hardwired internet connection.
- Required internet speed options: 1 Gig internet or 500 MBPS internet.
- Candidates must pass a background check.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Review client design requests and create accurate graphic layouts.
- Prepare and adjust visual files using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
- Support design production needs while meeting client specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all assigned work.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant graphic layout, graphic arts, illustration, or design production experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign.
- Strong layout, formatting, file preparation, and visual accuracy skills.
- Ability to interpret client instructions and convert them into clean, professional design deliverables.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of a creative or production workflow when appropriate.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Must have access to an extra monitor and a hardwired internet connection.
- Must meet the required internet speed of 1 Gig internet or 500 MBPS internet.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a client-focused business services, creative production, or agency-style environment.
- Experience managing multiple design requests or production projects at the same time.
- Familiarity with Mac-based design workflows.
- Strong ability to maintain brand consistency across visual deliverables.
