What Does the Job Look Like?

• Get involved in your community and network with people
• Make calls, send emails, and build relationships that last
• Market your services and build your own book of business
• Guide home buyers and sellers through one of life's biggest decisions
• Find, visit, and show residential properties to buyers
• Present and negotiate offers and complete contracts
• Manage each home sale from first conversation to closing
• Use our tools and technology to focus on selling from anywhere

Job Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to obtain a New Mexico real estate license
• Willing to complete Home Salesperson training
• No prior real estate experience required
