Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Little Rock, AR 72201

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $13.40/hour

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM and Saturday Sunday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch break

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable, and well-organized guest rooms and hotel areas. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and other assigned spaces while maintaining hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Complete all pre-cleaning duties before beginning assigned room cleaning.
• Stock cleaning supplies, linens, and necessary tools on the assigned work cart.
• Attend the daily morning stand-up meeting.
• Fold and/or assist with dirty linen in the housekeeping laundry room.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms assigned each shift.
• Clean and maintain hallways, public areas, and other assigned hotel spaces.
• Assist with deep-cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Clean and organize storage rooms, guest laundry areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Follow all hotel cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Complete additional cleaning projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow cleaning and safety procedures.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.
