Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 3–5+ years of experience in IT support.
• We need strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• We need strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and VMware.
• We require familiarity with Fortinet VPN.
• We need experience administering Microsoft 365.
• We require experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• We need a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• We require experience working with printers and scanners.
• Candidates selected for interview will be asked to complete a hands-on technical assessment to demonstrate their ability to perform the essential duties of the role.

• We provide onsite and remote support to staff across multiple departments.
• We troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• We resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
• We support Windows desktops and laptops.
• We assist users with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• We configure and deploy computers, laptops, and servers.
• We install and maintain printers and scanners.
• We manage equipment inventory.
• We coordinate warranty work and vendor repairs.
• We troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems.
• We support switches, firewalls, and internet connections.
• We support DHCP, DNS, and Terminal Servers.
• We work with external vendors when needed.
• We create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365.
• We manage access to email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• We handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• We maintain security groups and permissions.
• We maintain IT documentation, system records, and procedures.
• We track assets and licenses.

We are looking for an Onsite IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support across our organization. This in-person role focuses on keeping our hardware, software, networks, Microsoft Servers, VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy, printers, and end-user systems running reliably and securely. We work with a range of tools and technologies, and the role includes close collaboration with vendors as needed.
