Title: Jira Admin

Jira Administrator (Integration-Focused):

- Experience: 3 5 years administering Jira (Cloud or Data Center), including workflows, automation rules, custom fields, permission schemes, and JQL.
- Key Skills: Hands-on experience integrating Jira with external systems using webhooks, REST APIs, or middleware-based integrations.
- Requirements: Experience configuring Jira's email-handler/mail-to-ticket ingestion, ability to work in an undocumented, in-progress environment, and comfort producing clear documentation for offboarding.
- Nice to Have: Prior experience integrating Jira with vendor support or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
- JEMH Enterprise Mail Handler + email automatic Jira ticket creation + API-token integrations .
