Salary: $140,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• Proficiency in Groovy, including ScriptRunner, and Java
• Experience developing REST API integrations and working with JSON
• Knowledge of Jira Assets, SQL and databases, and Jira Data Center and Cloud development patterns
• Skills in workflow automation, object modeling, and JQL
• Ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance
• Top Secret clearance required; applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

• Develop custom Jira and Jira Service Management functionality using Groovy, ScriptRunner, Java, and REST APIs
• Build and maintain automation scripts, post-functions, listeners, validators, and conditions for business workflows
• Design, configure, and programmatically manage workflows, transitions, issue types and schemes, screens and schemes, field configurations, custom fields, and field contexts
• Integrate Jira and Jira Service Management with external systems using REST APIs, JSON payloads, and structured data transformations
• Use Jira Assets to create custom object models, automation rules, and integrations for ITSM processes
• Write optimized JQL queries, perform bulk operations, and support scripted searches and logic
• Develop SQL queries and work with Jira Data Center databases for reporting, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
• Build solutions that work across Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud, migrating or adapting functionality when necessary
• Troubleshoot complex scripting, workflow, API integration, and database issues
