We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join a creative team on a short-term Contract assignment in Thousand Oaks, California. This opportunity is ideal for a designer who can create visually striking digital out-of-home content that captures attention immediately and delivers a strong on-screen impact. The role offers the chance to contribute to concept development or production execution, depending on experience level, within a fast-paced project expected to run approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks.Responsibilities:• Create compelling motion graphics for large-format digital billboard placements designed to stand out in high-visibility environments.• Develop animation sequences in Adobe After Effects that translate creative ideas into engaging visual experiences.• Contribute to concept exploration by shaping visual approaches that maximize audience engagement and screen presence.• Support production workflows by assembling, refining, and exporting motion assets for final delivery.• Collaborate with the creative team to align design execution with project goals, timing, and brand direction.• Apply motion design principles to ensure pacing, composition, and movement are effective for digital out-of-home media.• Edit and adjust visual elements as needed to improve clarity, impact, and overall presentation quality. Hourly rate: $47.5–$55
