Packager

Defiance, OH Chocolate factory needs packers for their first shift. 8 am to 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri.

Packager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

Operate and monitor food production equipment.
Package finished chocolate and candy products according to specifications. Inspect products for quality defects and report issues to supervisors.
Label, box, and palletize finished goods.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Packager Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing or food production experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Work in a manufacturing environment that may include varying temperatures and food production equipment.
