Our client, an established and growing cabinet company headquartered in Cincinnati with 650+ team members, is seeking a Sales Design Representative for their Mundelein showroom .
In addition to cabinet sales and a robust local distribution network, our client fabricates granite, quartz, solid surface, laminate, and cultured marble countertops. The client base includes large production builders, custom builders, and remodelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and estimate kitchens and bathrooms for new and existing clients
Develop new business through networking and prospecting
Manage order entry and customer service follow-up
Oversee projects with builders and remodelers
Monitor and follow up on job-site installations
Job Requirements:
2+ years of sales, design, and customer service experience in the cabinetry industry
Ability to source and maintain new and existing business
20/20 design software experience is required
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to lead a project
Skilled in spreadsheets and word documents
High energy and passion for customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
