This dynamic, hybrid opportunity allows you to conceptualize end-to-end campaign assets, mentor cross-functional teams, and shape visual narratives that drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities: Consult with key stakeholders to conceptualize, pitch, and execute high-impact social and paid media campaigns that align with strategic business objectives. Direct end-to-end creative processes, including storyboarding, layout design, and presentation development to articulate persuasive and inclusive brand narratives. Manage project lifecycles, scope, and resource timelines to ensure the seamless execution of digital and marketing initiatives within budget constraints. Mentor junior creative team members through constructive feedback and strategic ideation sprints to elevate overall output quality. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer driving social and paid media marketing initiatives in a dynamic agency or matrixed in-house environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint, backed by a case-study-driven portfolio showcasing conceptual mastery across digital, presentation, and video/animation design. Proven track record of conducting cross-functional ideation sessions, co-developing creative briefs, and managing project scope to drive client engagement. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience), paired with executive-level communication, project management, and consultative leadership skills.
