We provide person-centered services that promote independence, inclusion, and personal growth, creating a supportive, welcoming community for participants, families, and staff alike.Position: Support Specialist As a Support Specialist, you'll support a participant by providing a variety of services, helping them achieve personal goals, strengthen independence, and engage in community life. You'll work directly in their home and out in the community, providing meaningful support tailored to individual needs.What You'll Do / Day-to-DayResponsibilities vary based on each participant's goals and support needs and may include:Assisting with daily living routines in the home, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal organizationSupporting participants in developing life skills that promote independence and personal growthProviding support in the community, including social, recreational, and daily activitiesAssisting participants with employment-related goals, including job coaching, prompting, and workplace supportDocumenting progress, observations, and updates, and communicating with the Full Life teamQualificationsWe welcome compassionate candidates from all backgrounds - no experience is required. Training is provided.
