Support clinical systems modernization as a senior Business Systems Analyst and Epic Orders subject matter expert.
Analyze clinical workflows, configure and integrate Epic applications, and deliver system enhancements that meet business and user requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, modify, test, and administer Epic Orders applications, including workflows, screens, reports, interfaces, and technical specifications.
Analyze business requirements, troubleshoot complex application issues, and resolve user- and vendor-reported incidents and service requests.
Lead technical discussions and cross-functional problem-solving while coordinating with clinical teams, capability sub-domains, and external vendors.
